This site contains no forms and does not collect data through the web page. Communication with us happens via three channels, and the data we collect differs by channel:

• Email - when you write to lupsevlad@yahoo.com, we receive your email address, the display name set in your email client, and the message content.
• Phone - when you call +40 262 270 145 or +40 745 306 260, we see your caller ID. We do not record calls.
• WhatsApp - when you message us on WhatsApp at +40 745 306 260, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp display name and the message content.

We do not collect payment data, sensitive data (origin, religion, health, etc.) or data from minors intentionally.

3. Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

• respond to questions or requests;
• send you tailored offers for our products;
• schedule possible visits to the quarry;
• keep a record of commercial correspondence.

Your data is not used for automated marketing, profiling or automated decisions.

• Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) - when your request relates to a quote, a quarry visit or an order, by initiating contact you authorise us to process the data necessary to reply;

• Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for functional cookies (Google Fonts, Google Maps), given via the cookie banner.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Depending on the channel you choose, strictly necessary data may transit the following providers:

• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - if you contact us on WhatsApp, messages transit Meta's infrastructure. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. The WhatsApp EEA Privacy Policy applies.
• Yahoo (Verizon Media / Apollo) - emails to lupsevlad@yahoo.com are hosted on Yahoo Mail servers.
• Google LLC - the site loads fonts (Google Fonts) and the Contact page map (Google Maps), only after your consent. See our Cookies Policy.
• Our hosting provider - to serve the pages; receives no contact data, only technical logs (IP, user agent) as required by law.
• Public authorities - only upon explicit legal request.

6. Retention period

• Messages received (email, WhatsApp): up to 3 years after the last interaction, then deleted;
• Commercial correspondence (quotes, orders): according to legal archiving requirements (10 years for accounting documents);
• Phone calls: not recorded; written notes may remain in the commercial history, subject to the same 3-year retention;
• You can request earlier deletion at any time.
